Another day and another federal judge is blocking President Trump's agenda. Female prisoners have the right to be safe and imprisoning them with men is outrageously dangerous. Judge Lamberth disagrees and has ordered men be returned to women's prisons.
The first LGBTQ federal judge, Reyes, in DC quoted the Broadway musical Hamilton in her ruling forcing Trump to allow transgender troops to serve in the US military. The Biden appointed judge determined, without evidence, there are more than two genders.

The United States has 700 district court judges. They are on the lowest level of the Federal judiciary. Every one of them sits in one of 994 judicial districts covering a single state or a small part of a state. Now these judges are issuing nationwide injunctions.

Democrats are shopping for liberal judges willing to be activist to thwart Trump. Universal injunctions were rare until the first Trump administration, when their usage exploded as Democrats and progressives turned to the courts to block many of his policies.
The injunctions come in response to the 100-plus liberal lawsuits that blue states, progressive nonprofits, and ex-government officials have deliberately brought before sympathetic judges – a tactic known as “forum shopping” or “judge shopping.”
Our Federal / District judges are attempting to stop Trump’s agenda. They are operating outside their jurisdiction. Not surprisingly, these judges have numerous conflicts of interest. Judges should not be politically motivated.

Judge Boasberg: Daughter works at pro-illegal NGO. He played a key role in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax as the leader of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

64 injunctions (now 65) and Trump is only two months into his term.

Judge Boasberg is now conducting an evidentiary hearing demanding sworn testimony from a member of Trump's cabinet regarding state secrets. This is not normal. He told Trump's lawyers they should assume that if a hearing is scheduled to challenge the president's actions, he will rule against them. Well, no bias here?!?!
Schumer even admits their lawfare:

America realizes that judges cannot constitutionally “order” a POTUS to do anything. They are authorized to interpret the law in disputes, not to sabotage Article II plenary power.

But, there are also concerns even at the Supreme Court. Many are scratching their heads about Justices Roberts and Barrett.
The Deep State has launched a torrent of lawsuits, teaming up with activist judges to try to tie President Donald Trump’s hands on policy, and when the chief justice of the Supreme Court finally intervened, he did on behalf of the lawless aggressors.
Chief Justice John Roberts Takes the Side of Deep State Swamp Creatures Against Trump
O’Neil says that “John Roberts is an institutionalist’s institutionalist. He seems not to have a populist bone in his body, and that has blinded him to the true injustice of the situation.”
SCOTUS seems to have abdicated their responsibility on a recent ruling about pausing USAID foreign aid. The ruling neither addressed the merits of the case nor the ability of the trial judge, Amir Ali, to micromanage a president.
In a seven-page-plus dissent, Justice Samuel Alito wrote that he was “stunned” that the court’s majority had asserted that "a single district court judge" has “the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars.”
“Allowing a single district judge to unilaterally micromanage the executive branch should raise eyebrows, to say the least. I have serious questions about district courts’ recent use of [generally non-appealable] temporary restraining orders [which Justice Alito argued deserved scrutiny] and universal injunctions to put a leash on the executive branch, and I think Congress ought to closely examine the issue.” - Sen. Grassley, Judiciary Committee Chairman
Justice Clarence Thomas called Universal Injunctions “legally and historically dubious” and “inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts.”
CONGRESS

If SCOTUS keeps ducking this issue, Congress may have to get involved. Senator Mike states, “The Constitution empowers Congress to address this issue by limiting jurisdiction and, in some cases, through impeachment."

Limiting jurisdiction by Congress would require only 51 Senate votes; whereas, impeachment would require 67 votes – very unlikely. Congress has impeached only 15 federal judges in U.S. history, convicting eight – almost always on grounds of corruption.

Is Supreme Court Justice John Roberts Being Blackmailed?
There have long been rumors that someone could be using damaging information connected to his Ireland adoption to control the Chief Justice. More troubling, Soros speaks of Roberts in glowing terms. He is allegedly linked to a Soros-funded legal fellowship.
It has been revealed that Chief Justice John Roberts is part of an elite, invite-only group called the American Inns of Court, alongside some of the most openly anti-Trump judges in D.C.
The belief of many close to SCOTUS is, Justice John G. Roberts committed an illegal adoption of his two children from Ireland and Barack Obama blackmailed him. Thus, many believe, is why Roberts always votes with the Liberals on the Court.
SCOTUS doesn't usually speak up on political debate in America. But John Roberts just did.

It’s been revealed Supreme Court Justice John Roberts selectively leaked his anti-Trump remarks to left-wing outlets like The New York Times, while refusing to provide the full statement to conservative media outlets.
Robert's has allowed corrupt low-level judges to rule this country. Now that Congress is taking action, he speaks up.
John Roberts didn’t just go out of his way to trash Trump on a purely political matter — impeachment of corrupt judges — over which Roberts has no authority.

America’s trust in the judicial branch is dying, if not almost gone already. His statement only further diminishes that trust – ironically what our Chief Justice has long claimed he cherishes to protect most about the Court.
Bush appointed Justice, Roberts, has been photographed on Epstein Island with Bill Clinton. His name is on flight logs released by Bondi. Although, his name, being rather common, it could be another John Roberts. But, Epstein only took influential people to his island to blackmail them.
Chief Justice Roberts is the "Presiding Judge" over the other FISA Court Judges who signed off on the RussiaGate documents.
Some theorize that he is in some way exerting control over Amy Barrett. She has also expressed fear for her and her family regarding threats.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has called on the plaintiffs in the birthright citizenship cases to file their responses to the administration by April 4th. Their ruling will be telling.

Yet, the mRNA vaccine in still on the market, and worse, now in the CDC childhood vaccine schedule. And Big Pharma is developing more mRNA vaccines to replace the existing. The USDA is using them on our food supply.
The largest COVID-19 “vaccine” safety study ever conducted, involving 99 million individuals, confirmed that the mRNA injections are not safe for human use.
Thankfully, 8 states are in the process of banning the mRNA vaccines.
