We have trillion dollar hedge funds working to purchase land and homes, and people are forced to compete with them and global organizations. BlackRock, StateStreet, and Vanguard are buying up the single family homes at an alarming rate.
Institutional investors now hold 30% of all single family rental homes in Georgia. In Atlanta, 4 companies own more than 27,000 single family homes, with 11 companies owning more than 1,000 homes each.
In Georgia, first-time homebuyers are getting pushed out of the market by Wall Street-backed institutional investors, who are swooping into neighborhoods and buying up homes in all cash.
It is driving home costs into and unaffordable stratosphere. The median price of a single-family home is now about $525,000. BlackRock is on track to own 60% of all rental homes in America by 2030.
They had a plan since the Plandemic. They want this to be a country of renters. Started in Atlanta, JP Morgan Chase bought millions of dollars in single family homes. While rents, mortgages tripled during Global Scamdemic.
That’s not a housing market, it is a monopoly in disguise. Families are getting outbid by hedge funds with zero intention of ever living there. These firms are intentionally turning America into a rental society.

Insurrection Barbie: 14 million people may lose their insurance, that number is an estimate from the CBO and what the Democratic Party will never tell you is how that estimate is calculated:
1. The CBO estimates that 7.7 million people will lose Medicaid coverage by 2034 because they will not fill out the eligibility requirement paperwork and send it in twice a year.
2. The CBO also estimates that 1.4 million people will lose Medicaid coverage because they are here illegally.
3. The CBO estimates that there are anywhere from 3.2 to 4.9 million people ages 19 to 34 who are able-bodied and childless, but will still fail to meet the 80 hour a month work requirement to continue to receive Medicaid.
That is what the Democrats are not telling you when they continuously tell you that 14 million people are going to lose their health insurance.
